The aim of this project is to check the legitimacy and rationality of permits for enterprises and sewerage systems in the county by scientific investigation so as to continuously promote the operation efficiency of the wastewater treatment facilities. Improve the efficiency of water pollution control fees collection by systematic management. And held advocacy meetings description Water Pollution Control Act regulations apply for different enterprise. Cooperate with water pollution emergency response and performance appraisal and other related administrative matters. And effectively establish the county's Beigang River pollution capacity analysis model and develop the follow-up policy promotion guidelines for Beigang River pollution reduction. During the project period, a total of 154 inspections and 5 times of scientific inspection equipment UAV aerial inspection operations had completed, and a total of 27 inspections were conducted for water pollution control fees in the county. Completed the setting of the telephone number for the water pollution fee dedicated line in Yunlin County, and assisted in handling the problem of the collection of water pollution control fees by the county's public institutions. The number of accumulated water pollution fees collection and collection services are 113 times. This project also completed the advocacy meeting of the relevant regulations on the prevention of water pollution control and the instructions on the implementation of domestic sewage reduction, Conducting the analysis of river capacity in the county and the establishment of pollution source discharge database, and held 2 times river pollution control research seminar. Perform 100 times of river water sampling for Beigang River, Xinhuwei River tributary drainage and other large drainage basins. In response to the annual national performance appraisal, relevant personnel and departments were invited to handle the review work related to the river pollution remediation assessment held 4 times, and promote the work related to the total mass daily loads (TMDL) of the basin.
